Compliance Consultancies: Cited Gap Matrices, Research Briefs and Client Updates Prepared by AI Workers You Direct

Independent compliance consultancies are paid for judgment, but most of a typical engagement file is preparation: finding the right version of a public rule, pulling the right passages from a client-redacted policy, writing down what is missing, and recording where the two disagree. That preparation repeats, it is checkable, and it consumes the hours your practitioners would rather spend on interpretation.

A Zati workshop changes how that work is done. You bring a recurring deliverable. You and David build the AI workers that prepare it, agree the handoffs between them, and practise running and correcting them through conversation. Your practitioners keep the decision; the repetitive comparison becomes work you can inspect, correct and repeat.

Start with something useful. Keep it either way

Your first conversation with David is free. You receive an audit of your website's SEO, AEO and GEO, a preview of how a redesign could look, and a demo built around a compliance workflow rather than a generic script.

Bring one recurring deliverable, an example of its inputs, and the result you want it to produce. You keep the audit report and redesign preview whether or not you book a workshop. No strings attached.

What we build with you

A website clients and answer engines can find and understand

Compliance buyers arrive with a specific question and a short window. We work through your technical SEO, service pages, mobile experience and contact path, then use the audit to clarify how your service descriptions and business information read to search and answer engines. Redesign of the agreed pages happens with you, alongside an explanation of the process, so the next update does not need to become another development project.

A voice agent for intake calls

Set up an xAI voice agent around your practice information: the services you offer, the questions callers actually ask, and the details you need from them before an engagement can be considered. You work through the call flow together and test what happens when the agent meets something it cannot handle.

Any booking, quotation, transfer or connected-tool action is agreed with you before it goes in. Your practice decides what the agent may do automatically and what needs your confirmation.

An AI-worker organization with named responsibilities

Workers get a specific job, a set of approved inputs and a defined handoff. A change-research worker takes the public rule and guidance versions you supply and prepares a cited change brief: passages compared, effective dates, and the points needing expert interpretation. A policy-comparison worker takes the rule, the client-redacted policy and your instructions and prepares the gap matrix, with each proposed gap pointing to the text on both sides. A reviewing worker checks the draft against your brief and flags any claim that cannot be traced to a supplied passage.

We also create workers that maintain SEO, AEO and GEO: reviewing pages, identifying gaps, suggesting updates and preparing changes for your review. Where a platform suits the work, we use Zati, Muse or GrokBot — with the choice made deliberately rather than assumed.

The skills to keep it working

You do the work alongside David: changing information, reviewing output, spotting a mistake, refining an instruction. You finish able to operate the agreed setup and explain how to maintain it, with your own accounts, operating guidance and a routine for checking the work.

One prospective workflow, scoped honestly

Consider regulatory change assessment: a public rule plus a client-redacted policy, prepared into a cited gap matrix. Workers assemble versions, compare passages, separate missing material from unresolved interpretation and cite both sides. Your practitioner accepts the draft, returns it with a correction, or settles the interpretation before anything reaches a client.

This is an example of how we scope a first workflow with you — not a description of work already running in your practice.

Choose the workshop depth that fits

The free call helps us agree a finish line. Each package has a written scope and quote.

  • 2 hours — one agreed improvement or one worker, with hands-on practice and clear next steps.
  • 4 hours — a focused workflow and its maintenance routine, with time to test and repeat the changes yourself.
  • 8 hours — a broader setup across the agreed website, voice or worker tasks, and how the pieces fit.
  • 16 hours — several agreed parts of the business connected, with confidence operating and improving the setup.
  • 32 hours — a deeper multi-workflow programme, with implementation, repeated practice and a more extensive operating playbook.

Questions before you begin

Who decides whether a difference is a genuine gap?

Your practitioner. Workers prepare, cite and flag; the qualified professional interprets and approves. No legal, medical, tax or regulatory conclusion is made by an AI worker, and nothing goes to a client without your sign-off.

Do we need to connect our research subscriptions?

Start with approved material your team supplies. Connected use depends on supported capabilities and permission, which we assess against your setup.

Does free hosting mean everything is free?

If you want free website hosting, we help set it up and show you how to manage it, and you can keep a suitable existing host. Domain renewals, phone and AI usage, and any paid software remain separate. We identify those costs before the workshop.

Can you guarantee rankings or AI citations?

No. We improve the agreed pages and build a maintenance process; search and answer engines determine their own results.
